The 3 Gem Panaraya features three Swarovski cubic zirconia's each in a 5 x 3mm pear cut in 14 karat yellow gold.

Great for most lobes, conch and helix flat piercings!

This is the front piece only. You will need an 18-16 gauge threaded flatback/barbell post to make it complete. Once you have been fitted for a post, all end pieces will be interchangeable. Please inquire for details or see a qualified piercer for a custom sizing and fit.
