Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Insurance & Signature Confirmation
Given the value of fine jewelry, all orders are shipped with signature confirmation and insurance for your protection. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Ritual Evolution is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@ritualevolution.com within 10 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by their country.

In-Store Pickup
Local customers are welcome to select in-store pickup at checkout and collect their order at our studio at 77 N Main St Ashland, OR.
