This piece is absolutely incredible in design. It will look amazing in most conch, helix flat, and lower lobe placements. 

This is the front piece only. You will need an 16 gauge threaded flatback/post to make it complete. Once you have been fitted for a post, all end pieces will be interchangeable. Please inquire for details or see a qualified piercer for a custom sizing and fit.
