BVLA's Athena in a 10mm is set in 14k, nickel free white gold. Seven genuine Tanzanite AA are set in 3x1.5mm and 2.5x1.25mm marquise prongs.
My favorite in conch and helix flat, though some lower lobe placements will also work.
This is the front piece only. You will need an 16 gauge threaded flatback/post to make it complete. Once you have been fitted for a post, all end pieces will be interchangeable. Please inquire for details or see a qualified piercer for a custom sizing and fit.
